Slydz Eyewear Technolgy, LLC (Slydz) has created this privacy policy to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information submitted by you on slydz.com. Please review it carefully.

SHIPPING

 

What are your shipping charges?

Shipping charges vary by product, weight and delivery.  If you are only ordering a few pairs of sunglasses, we recommend opting for the USPS First-Class shipping option.  Free shipping offers do NOT apply to international orders.
When will my order arrive?

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.  Delivery times vary depending on carrier.  During our busiest times of the year (Spring, Summer, Holidays) it may take longer for your order to arrive.

USPS First Class Mail: Arrives about 5 – 7 business days from ship date
USPS Priority Mail: Arrives about 3 – 5 business days from ship date
UPS Ground: Arrives about 5 – 7 business days from ship date
UPS 2nd Day Air: Arrives 2 business days from ship date, must place order before 2 PM      Pacific Time
UPS Next Day Air: Arrives 1 business day from ship date, must place order before 2 PM      Pacific Time

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship to almost anywhere in the world.  International orders usually ship within 5-7 business days.

We offer the following international shipping options:

USPS First-Class International: Arrives about 3 – 4 weeks from ship date.
Limited tracking information available.
USPS Priority International Mail: Arrives about 1 – 3 weeks from ship date.

Customers are responsible for all international customs duty fees and taxes. Please be aware of any conversion rate charges that your financial institution may charge if purchasing from outside the US. Invoices and customs forms cannot be edited to reflect a different amount than what was paid.

Unfortunately, the international customs process takes some time when shipping to a foreign country. We ask for your patience during this process.

Returns

 

Sorry, Slydz does not currently accept returns. If a product is damaged during shipping, Slydz will gladly replace your damaged pair.  At Slydz, it’s been our philosophy since day one to provide our customers with the most durable eyewear in the industry. That’s why we are one of very few eyewear companies to offer a limited lifetime warranty* on our products.

The Slydz Eyewear Lifetime Warranty means that we will put a pair of Slydz back on your face if you received a broken or defective pair of glasses. Just email Sales@slydz.com with  (1) a photo of the defective item, (2) a copy of your receipt or order confirmation and (3) your full name and address and our customer service team will come to your aid.

If you wish to cancel an order, contact sales@slydz.com with your name and order number. A full refund will be issued if the order has not yet been shipped. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for a refund to be issued. All international sales are final.
